This course was originally designed as a 6-week guided journey, and you are welcome to follow that same rhythm one week at a time whenever it feels right for you.

There are no fixed dates, no live calls, and no rush.

Instead, this is a body of teachings, practices, and meditations you can:

  • return to again and again
  • combine with live breathwork or coaching for deeper embodiment

About Your Guide


I’m Clémentine, a former medical professional turned personal development coach using breathwork, breakthrough coaching and somatic practices.

For nearly a decade, I worked in London hospitals, driven by a desire to help while slowly disconnecting from myself. A season of grief and inner collapse became the doorway back to my body, my breath, and my truth.

Through years of study and lived experience at the intersection of science, somatics, and spirituality, I now support high-achieving professionals healthcare workers, lawyers, founders, leaders who feel that same quiet disconnection beneath success.

My work is about softening inner pressure, reclaiming emotional truth, and learning to lead and live from presence rather than survival.

Everything in this course comes from lived experience, deep practice, and the transformations I’ve witnessed again and again.
